    A jpeg is an image. Whatever is in that image is not extractable as a distinct unit.

    Just as you cannot extract a tree or a face or any other part of the image, you can't extract text. It's just a bunch of compacted pixels.

    you would need to use some OCR software to attempt to extract text from image.
