Comparing Columns/Worksheets

I have a list of equipment numbers that I want to compare to a list sent from our home office.

Basically what I want is compare Column A on sheet 1 and Column A on sheet 2 and remove all IDs from sheet 2 that are on sheet 1, that way I can see what I have left over....

One way to identify them without deleting them is to use Conditional Formatting. See the attached example. This highlights any matches in red on both sheets.

You can then choose to delete them manually if you wish.

Maybe safer than just programmatically deleting them.
