    Print Areas & Page Breaks

    Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with the print areas set to capture everything perfectly. However I have some grouped up rows that (when expanded) also need to be printed onto the second page.

What I have done is put a checkbox into the spreadsheet, so that when people want to print these extra rows they tick the checkbox and the print area/page break is automatically moved via the macro behind the checkbox.

The only problem is I have no idea how I would even go about writing something like this.

    Thanks in advance

Somehow I feel you wanted to attach a workbook, but it didn't quite happen. It would certainly make the analysis easier.
