Copy one cell to an other but colors do not copy. While not using clipboard to copy.

I am trying to copy from one cell to an other using following code. But it does not copy the color of the cell with it.

I do not want to use the clipboard copy and paste, so is the reason am using the following type of copying.

The line of code you used will work like the paste values function. If you're wanting to copy formulas, formatting, etc., one approach would be to duplicate each feature you're wanting to copy; like this:

I ended up doing something similar by preformatting the target col's and row's I knew the data was going to. So then only had to copy the value.

Using the clipboard gathers all that data in one fell swoop. Like using the CTRL-C and CTRL-V. But the clipboard is open season for any other program to use it too and corrupt data before it is pasted (if there are any automated programs running on same comupter).

So it seems that when not using the clipboard it is a bit more coding to do the same.
