formula to get valmax not working

Hi again,

I need help with the valmax function based on a criteria from another cell.
I send a simple wb in attach so you can see what i mean.

I've used the function valmax before, but nowi only want it to count valmax + 1 if the same row of column F is filled.

I've tryed using a formula in column A "=IF(OR(D6=0;A5=0);"";A5+1)" but it's just not working

Can anyone please help?

=IF(OR(D4=0;A3=0);"";SUM(A3)+1)
