Excel VBA 2007 - Userform scrollbar with frame focus issue

Hi,
Im having problem in working the userform scrollbar.

I have created a userform with vertical scrollbar and added 2 frames to the userform.
My problem is for everytime i click any of the frame on the userform, the userform is being autoscroll to the frame top position.

How to stop the scrollbar from moving automatically on the event click on the frame?
