Drop down list email notification with message referencing project number??

I need some help with an email function. Right now I have a document that upon entering a project number and executing the macro, it creates a network folder with its corresponding sub folders. I also need to assign the project to a user so what I want to do is enter the project number and then select a user from a dropdown list. Once I execute the macro, it still needs to create the folder structure and also send an email notification with a message referencing the job number to the selected user.

The job number is column A, users drop down is in column H.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not particularly schooled in creating network folders. I do have some experience is sending an email from Excel. If you'll attach a file with what you currently have (including the code), I'll see if I can help. No guarantees.
