Macro to add formatted rows contingent upon some values in Excel 2007

Hello there,

I am trying to create a macro which would add formatted rows with different reference values contingent upon the presence of some values in a column.

I attach a sample file I have created which I hope explains what I am trying to achieve. It is located in the "Actual sheet" worksheet.

I am fully available to answer any questions.

Any help will be more than welcome
