Applied filters from specific cells

Hello,

I have recently created a spreadsheet with several macros to allow for the application of filters based on specific columns of data. I have managed to correctly program the cell above a "text" column to sort the information according to the contents of that cell. For some reason my code does not work properly for the situation of another column where the contents are numerically based.

The attached spreadsheet is a simple form of my problem. Cell B3 functions as the filter criteria box for the column of data below it. This filter functions upon the double click of cell B2 and sorts the other columns of data according to this column's filter. Cell A1 resets the table after any filter has been applied. I want to achieve this filter operation for cell D3 as well, using the double click of cell D2 to apply the desired filter. I feel like my problem is due to the fact that my filtering code applies to "text" data rather than "numeric". If anyone can help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
