Trusting a file in macro security

In Excel 2007, is there any way to mark a file as "Trusted", so I don't have to keep SECURITY WARNING>OPTIONS>ENABLE every time I open the file?

I found Trust Center > Trusted Locations, but is there a way to mark an individual file instead of the entire folder?
