selecting freeforms

i am using the following code to select a freeform and delete it

ActiveChart.Shapes("Freeform 8").Select
Selection.Delete

that works fine

i would now like to select and delete ALL freeforms in my worksheet.

they all have different numbers and i don't know beforehand which numbers they have as they are randomly created by some other code

any suggestions?
