    Talking SaveAs Macro

    Hi,

    I'm trying to make a Save As macro that has all of the following:
    * Adds "P-" to the beginning original file name
    * Adds a password to open the file

    Please help!! Thank you in advance!

    Hello sumitomo,

    This macro will save the ActiveWorkbook as the original name prefixed with "P-" and adds a password. Change the password in the macro to what you want to use.

    Thanks Leith!

    I can't seem to get the file to save or have a password... maybe its me, lol.

    I am using Excel 2007 if that makes a difference?
