    how to round down

    I want to round down a number by multiple of say 5. for example if my answer is 169.23 and I want to round it down to 150 than what should I do. I m attaching sheet to better understand it.
    The answer in cell B32 is 169.41 and I want it to rounddown to 150 in cell A33.
