    SLA non-business hour calculation

    Dear all

I am shared a problem which is related with calculate the SLA Non-Business hours report. I am successfully calculating Business hour report excluding the holiday by using formula. The formula is “=(NETWORKDAYS(E12,F12,B$6:D$8)-1)*("19:00"-"09:00")+IF(NETWORKDAYS(F12,F12,B$6:D$8),MEDIAN(MOD(F12,1),"19:00","09:00"),"19:00")-MEDIAN(NETWORKDAYS(E12,E12,B$6:D$8)*MOD(E12,1),"19:00","09:00")”. And it’s working fine.
I want a that kind of formula to calculate the non-business hour
Not like Non-Business = Total downtime – Business hour
    My Business Hours: 9:00 – 19:00
    Non Business Hours: 19:00 – 9:00
I am attaching a excel file

non business hour calculation not working properly
    Note:
I am taking this up time and down time value from Trivoli Console ( Network Monitoring tools) and put this value into the up time and down time column . I cannot change this value because i have to submit this report to TPA. So this value should match with Trivoli database.

I am waiting for a positive reply

    Thanks
