Copy and Insert Copied Cell - Macro

Hi. Please help me create a macro for the following scenario.

A1:J1 = is the header
A2:A20 = contain values = "xxxx"
A21:A30= contain values = "YYYY"
A31:A43=contain values = "zzzz"

I would like to have a macro that will copy the header then insert it between

A20 and A21
A30 and A31
and so on....
