Protect only one object (Shape) in a Worksheet

Hi,
Is it possible to protect ONLY one object/shape in a worksheet?

I have a worksheet protected with "Object mofidy" checked. In that sheet there are plenty of objects (shapes, pictures, etc) that should be editable. There is just one small picture at the top of the sheet that I need to be protected (Not resize, not move, nor delete).

How can I achieve this?

p.s. Before protecting the sheet, I clicked on the "Locked" box inside the picture property, but is is still editable. What is this "Locked" for then?
