Comparing sheets, finding and referencing differences

Alright what I am looking to be able to do is compare new to orig, find all of the differences in the sheets, copy the parts on orig that are not on new to the sheet subtractions, copy the parts that are on new that aren't on orig to the sheet additions, and any parts that are on both new and orig I need copied to the sheet common and quantites adjusted by subtracting new quantities from orig quantities. The parts that I am using as a reference for comparison are in column B. I attached a file with what I need my final product to look like but can't figure out the formulas to bring it to this point. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
