Thumbs up Disable Scroll Bars, and Set Screen Size.

    Hey all,

Is there a way to disable the scroll bars in excel so the user cant move from the area that they see??

also is there a way if you have to set the window size of a workbook? so everythime you open the workbook it only fills the left half of the screen and opens another workbook to fill the right half of the screen?

    Thanks
