SumProduct with date parameters

Hi all, I hope so one can suggest the best option for me.

So far i have sumproduct to equate all the accepted quotes per sales rep; now i am trying to implement an additional limitation so i can view total raised and total accepted in a given month.

Sum product isnt working, but i do not know what i should use.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
