Running 5 commands 1 second apart

Hi all, I have a sheet with a constant live stream of data.

I would like a 1 second delay between each of the code lines below - but using the application.wait code freezes the sheet (while the macro is running) and means the live stream of data is not updating.

Is there a way to keep the live data entering the sheet while the macro performs?
