    Lists in excel

    Hi,

This is what i am trying to do. I have a list of names on a roster using a drop down box for name selection. Is there a way of saying once a name has been used from the list in colum b that it will not show on the list for the rest of columb b.

Basically so that the same person is not scheduled on different shifts on the same day.

Any help apprieciated, I have attached my spreadsheet to help understand.

    Cheers
