And formula inside an if formula in a macro

Hi all,

I have a two columns of values and normally I would just use an 'if' formula with 'ands' etc in it to calculate the value of my third but I do not know how to write this into a macro and am hoping someone could help please?

Essentially the bit I am having trouble with is:

' if cell "A3" = 2 and cell "B3" <>2 Then cell "C3" = "Second".

There is more to it but this is the bit I am stuck on and I am hoping someone could help me with please?
