Grouping rows with same cell value

Hi,

I need help, I have created a spreadsheet that that consolidates data from 20+ project officers with the data being indvidual projects, I need to group together projects that have the the same Project ref number in the master, i.e.

Project ref A - Building Officer
Project ref A - Mechanical Officer
Project ref A - Electrical Officer

all officers working on the same job but in different diceplines.

at the min the code I am useing pulls data in from one officer at a time on to a master.

I'm guessing there can me another bit of code I can insert at the end of the loop that sorts out the order of the rows depending on the value of the main reference cell (Preoject ref).

I need it to be automated, There are going to be people that are using this that are not computer savvy so I need to make it as simple as possible.
