    Hi

I have 4 pivot-table in 1 sheet and what I need to do is to put/get the same number in report filter for these 4 pivot-table by pushing one button or some other way.

    Re: Pivot

I did not notice previously but please modify your thread title to something more meaningful - eg Controlling Multiple Pivots Simultaneously

The terminology used implies use of XL2007 (or above) however this is not specified in your profile.

XL version is an important factor when it comes to handling report filter / page field visibility...

    Assuming 2007+

Please Login or Register to view this content.
the above is designed with more than one report filter in mind -modify vFields as appropriate

modify sheet reference (sheet1) as appropriate

to insert the above right click on the sheet containing the Pivots (eg sheet1) and insert the above into the resulting window.

    Re: Pivot

    Hi,

    I have excel 2007.

To be more spesific, In "range B2" I insert a projectnumber and by pushing a button beside "range B2"
I want that proj.number to be in these 4 report filter, for each pivot-table, and these table to be "refresh".
(These 4 pivot-table are from the same data but with different "view")

    Hope you understand me.
