delete rows

Hi
In the attached spreadsheet, i would like to remove all rows above totals row and replace the words Totals with the Revenue type (revenue A, B...)s(column A) so i can i have the revenue types on the same row as the totals just like the little table on the left. The report i get has more than 1000 rows and its really time consuming to do it manually..any help is most appreciated
