    Procuct Summary

Please refer to attach sheet ...
Sheet Jul10 list the quantity order for our business.
    Column B : Qty Received
    Column D : Item #
Column I : Date of Delivery

    In "Product Summary" sheet:

I need a macro to accomplish following:

I need Quantity received from Jul10 sheet summarized in "Product Summary" based on Item #
listed in Row 3 ..Basically match the item # and add quantity in proper cell.

I have completed manually for 7/5/2010 as you can see on Row 8 of "Product Summary" Sheet.

Please let me know if you have any further questions..

Thank you in advance for your help.

    rizmomin,

    Detach/open workbook Index Match If - rizmomin - EF741506 - SDG14.xls.

The formula in cell B4, confirmed with CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER :

    =IF(ISNA(INDEX(Jul10!$B$1:$B$5000,MATCH(1,IF(Jul10!$D$1:$D$5000=B$3,IF(Jul10!$I$1:$I$5000=$A4,1)),0))),"",INDEX(Jul10!$B$1:$B$5000,MATCH(1,IF(Jul10!$D$1:$D$5000=B$3,IF(Jul10!$I$1:$I$5000=$A4,1)),0)))

Then copied across to cell R4.

    Then copy range B4:R4 down.
    Have a great day,
