I have a problem that I hope I can convey. At this site:

there is a table that we use for updating purposes. This particular table has no unique identifier but they do exist on this page:

What I need to do is compare province to corresponding retail prices, and then assign the right identifier so that I can create another sheet that updates everything. The updating is no problem, its the comparing and assigning that I am stumped on. If someone can understand what I am trying to do could you please point me in a right direction for this?
