"Sort" macro on data

I want to have 3 different macro buttons that will be assigned to their respective columns so that I will be able to sort on these values. The problem here is that I have the template for the spreadsheet however that data that goes into it on a day to day basis will vary, e.g. sometimes there will be 10 lines of data and other days there will be 100. How can i create a macro that will allow me to sort no matter how much data I paste into the template. I have added an attachment which should make this more clear. Appreciate your help. thanks.
