    formatting range based on cell

    hi all

I have a spreadsheet with a range of data in A1:T400

What i would like to do is loop thru the range and for each row, if the value in B1:B400 is either "remove","delete","wrong" or "error" highglight the row A:T as red

    Hope someone can help.

    Thanks

Select A1 to T400 and go to Format|Conditional Formatting

Select Formula Is and enter formula

    =OR($B1="remove",$B1="delete",$B1="wrong",$B1="error")

then click format and choose Red from Pattern tab
Where there is a will there are many ways.
