    VLOOKUP with multiple results

I have a list of data with two columns, A=Day of the week, B=Persons Name. There are multiple instances of the day. I am trying to create a VLOOKUP on a new sheet that returns the first value initially, but then the next value as the formula is copied down. So if there are three people listed on Tuesday, the first three formulas on the new sheet would be the three people, not the first person three times.

Here's a way using an array formula. The formula entered in G1 is an array, it must be confirmed by pressing CTRL-SHFT-ENTER, then it can be copied downward.

    Re: VLOOKUP with multiple results

I hate to throw my noob hat into the ring, but I have a question: why, when you insert a row into either of your worksheets posted here, does the formula slowly cease to function? It seems like the pertinent values in the formula update to reflect the inserted row, but the values slowly fall off as more and more rows are added. I have been trying to figure this out, but I'm a rank amateur.
