Need help to make maro operate on multiple workbook/sheets

Hi

I have a couple of questions which I hope someone could answer for me

1. How do I make a specific macro global available (meaning that all new workbooks have access to the macro)?
   
2. How to I enable the user the select a single (or multiple) sheets which the macro should operate on?
   
3. I would like the macro to read the name of the specific workbook and sheets and create a new workbook and sheets with almost similar names. The original one consists of the original and raw date and the second one consists of the manipulated data. How can I do this?
