UserForm issue

Hello there,

I am planning on using a User form for updating a database. I am expecting about 30 people to open multiple times one and the same file during the day.

Does anybody have experience with such a case and if so is there something that I should be aware of?
Is there a chance to happen something with the file itself from the multiple and everyday opening,saving and closing?
