Read only script

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone knows code that will make a workbook that I have created 'read only' in say February next year?

I know there is script to time bomb the worksheet but that sounds a little extreme. Also once the workbook is read only will I be able to edit the script and change it back?

Thank you, I will certainly give it a go. Do you mind explaining the 40575? It seems as though it is a date of some kind - probably something obvious I am missing.
