Change value in one column based on another column value

Have column "EV" that has a value of 4 or 2. If it is a 4 then I need to have columns "EC" thru "EL" in the same row that will need to be divided by 100 and replaced with new result. If it is a 2 then do nothing. This needs to repeat until column "EV" has a blank cell.

    Thanks for your help,

    Quail
