pie chart source data range

I am trying to make a pie chart with vba, but the size of my data changes and I can't figure out how to make the pie chart range reference relative instead of fixed. here is my code

So I am able to select the data but then the Range would be wrong if I updated the spreadsheet with new data.

How would the code determine what range to use? A sample workbook showing your data layout might help us to create code for you.
