    Next & Previous Buttons

    Afternoon all,

Quick one for you to all,

I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs and want to create a button that takes you to the next tab and one that will let you go back to the previous tab.

Now I did this originally by creating about 30 different small macros, however I'm sure there's an easier way to do this.

I can't use hyperlinks as they will show up when printing the report and I do not want that to happen.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks all

    Re: Next & Previous Buttons

This functionality already exists in XL at the left bottom corner left of the sheet tabs

    Hi,

That function does not take you to the next tab though, which is what I'm wanting to do.

    Thanks for the responce though.

    I made this for you.

You could change the shape or position easily enough of the arrows.

Just put this code into the thisworkbook code.

Use the code from the next post.

If you can't figure out how a formula works, try stepping through it using "Evaluate Formula" in the Formula Auditing menu item in the tools menu!

If you want to see where your code went wrong, try stepping through it by clicking in the code and pressing F8 and watch as the magic happens!
