Delete sent e-mail from outlook in excel VBA

Hi There,

Is it possible to delete an e-mail from the sent items box in outlook from an excel sub routine?

I'm basing the idea on delete the mail with a certain Subject for this sake lets just say the subject is "This One Silly".
