I want that the program will ask the user month and year and return if the ate of departure or arrival withen the month and the year

Hello Shark Man,

The reason the Or doesn't match is the cell values in columns "J" and "I" are text, not numbers. The formulae in those columns use the ampersand "&". To Excel this means concatenate the values. Excel will convert any non text value to text when this character is used in a formula.

Example of Formula in J2
=MONTH(G2)&YEAR(G2)

Example of Formula in K2
=OR((I2)=52009,(J2)=52009)

Corrected OR
=OR((I2)="52009",(J2)="52009")
