reverse engineering tournament worksheet

Hi there fellow excel users,

I have download a excel tournament file called Tourname.xls.

This can be found at
www.boredatuni.com/files/Tourname.xls

Want i want to do is change the pictures in this file.
but i can't seem to find them in the excel.

can somebody help me out?
