I need it to paste the data from the text file into columns K,L,M and N.

Need a bit more information. Is the text file already open in Excel? Or do you need code to locate it, open it and import the data? Is the data comma separated? Which bits of data in the text file are the relevant ones to copy to the "appropriate" places.
A sample file would be helpful with a description of your desired outcome.
