Copying range of cells to another sheet

Hey all! Sorry if I don't use the terminology you all would use on this site but let me try to explain my situation and what I want to do and see if someone can help me. I don;t think the problem is overly complicated but I cannot figuire it out.

I have a workbook which I am trying to modify a little. I am going to include it as an attachment.

Basically right now I am Self Populating many of the values on the FixtureDetail sheet (which I am OK with at the moment, however it would be great to have this done by code from another sheet as well)

What I want to do is basically Select rows 6-37 columns A-G and paste them maintaining all formatting (rows, columns,fonts,etc) into the Proposal sheet at row 20 with all further rows sliding down.

The other problem with a code would be that the selection range would not always be the same for every worksheet. The columns will always be A-G but the rows may sometimes be more or less.

Hopefully you all follow exactly what I want to do and can help me do it.

If you remove the mereged cells
try this..

This should copy any rows selected on any sheet columns A:G into row 20 of FixtureDetail
