Latching Function

Hi,

I am trying to record a completion status with respect to a certain date, i.e. read the status and record it once a week. The other problem I am faced with is that when the overall completion status changes, the values in any previous cells also change. To accomplish this i need some sort of latch function so that the values do not change as the date increases.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
