VBA code when saving a document

Hi all, before my database is saved i would like a quick macro to run.

Trouble is i don't know where to start.

What i basically need is VBA to check to see if there is an "X" in column G. If there is an "X" in column G, it must copy and paste values for columns K, L and M for each row (with an "X" in column G).

I hope i have explained myself, and hope someone can help

Anyone?? I hope i've explained what i want?

Basically, on document save/ exit, Any formula results in column K,L,M to turn to fixed data (paste values) if column G for each row is an X.
