Cmd Next/Previous button on Userform

Hi all,

I've inherited the attached spreadsheet (It is an example spreadsheet) that uses userforms to add data and view records.

What i am trying to do, without much luck, is to add cmd buttons to view the next or previous record on the userform.

I have tried to use code from trawling the internet but as my VB is limited i am having
problems making it work.

Can anyone please help?
