save test results

i have created a picture test in excel using macros link to invisable shapes over a picture of an engine it is designed to test peoples knowlege of engine parts. because multiple people are going to use the test i need a way to save their name and relevent test score. so i need a way of recording peoples names and test scores.

Without some reference to your work, it is rather like trying to understand this poem, if you aren't Scottish or familiar with the words:
