Unhappy Mutliple Workbooks into a single master worksheet

    Hi Guys,

I have generated multiple workbooks from a single worksheet and later edit individual workbooks according to requirement of the data needed in each of them. Now after doing all this I am expected to generate a single master worksheet merged from different edited individual workbooks to cross check whether data present in each of the edited individual workbooks is exactly what is required.

I have about 500 edited individual workbooks and cross checking each of them individual is very difficult, and time consuming.

Hope will get some quick answers. Many thanks in advance

    Regards,

    Veejar

    Sorry Guys,

I forgot upload a sample file previously which I have done now.

The sample folder has two files. One is Master Sheet and other is MMR - EC03ZZ013 from which the data is to be inserted into the Master Sheet. I have to merge data from about 500 MMR and store them in the Master Sheet.

Hope this helps you understand my problem better.

Thanks in advance for your time and guidance

    Regards,

    Hi Veejar,

Try the code below. Before you do that - in the Master Sheet, in Sheet 2, name cell A1 as Files. In rows A2 to below, keep listing the names of your 500 files in the format - MMR - EC03ZZ013. The macro will pull up each file, transfer the contents and then close the file, move to the next, etc. The output will be in Master Sheet - Sheet1.
    The code is -
