Print to a specific printer

I am trying to use the following code to print to a specific printer but I get an error saying " Method activeprinter of object application_failed". What am I doing wrong? To make things even more confusing it has worked twice out of a hundred times but I cant pinpoint why it worked when it did.

Looks good to me. Is the printer name valid?

Well as far as I know. I have tried several different combinations of the name and tried to send it to the IP as well but they are all giving me the same error.

Have you tried recording a macro printing to that printer?

That worked, thanks. I thought I had tried to run a macro like that but I thought then I got out of excel and into the printer config that the macro quit recording.
