Copy few cells to new named workbook

Hi,

please help. I have 30 xls files in one folder and I need to copy same cells (example D1, D4, D6) from every xls file to new named xls file. Cells that need to be copied are all from formula.In new xls that cells need to be pasted in column G and like values formated as numbers and to start filling from G3. Thank you.
