Stop Formula Changing On Insert Row, Help Plz!

Hi all,

Example attached,

What I am trying to do is insert a row above ROW3 of '2008 - 2011' and not have it overwrite the data on 'Main Data 2010' D14 / Area No. 3... That's the main problem.

Secondly, I would love it if the data could be sorted into Yr 2010 and Yr 2011 but I can work around it if that's not possible.

I feel like I've explained it better in the actual Spreadsheet so check it out lol
