Divide one sheet to many

Hello all,

May I ask you for a help please, I will receive a statement ( see the attached example ) which contains X cases ( each row is a case ), I want the following please if it can be done:
1. I want to count the available cases ( rows ) in the sheet ( No. of columns is fixed but not the rows )
2. Then I want to divide the available cases by No. of people who are with me in the office, this no. will be provided by me because it is not fixed.
3. The dividing will not be for Count + Value of cases, that means, in the attached example, I have 12 case, I will divide it to 3 group but I want also the total of the amount column in those groups to be close to each other as much as it can be done.
4. Finally, make a new sheet for each group after dividing.
